Mweso Sports ("we", "us") operates the Mweso Sports mobile app and website, providing football match predictions. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using our services you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email and/or phone number, and password.
• Transactions — the predictions you purchase, amounts, and the Mobile Money number used. Payments are processed by our Mobile Money payment provider; we do not store your Mobile Money PIN.
• Usage & device data — app installs/opens, pages viewed, and a randomly generated device identifier, used for analytics and to improve the service.
• Support messages — information you provide when you contact us.

2. How we use your information

• To create your account and deliver the predictions you pay for.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To send service and promotional notifications (only if you allow them — see below).
• To provide support and to detect, prevent and address fraud or abuse.
• To understand usage and improve our features.

3. Payments

Mobile Money payments are handled by our payment provider. Payment confirmations are received from the provider's servers; your predictions are unlocked only after a confirmed payment. We retain a record of each transaction for receipts and accounting.

4. Notifications

We ask for your permission before sending push/in-app notifications. You can change this at any time in the app under Profile → Notification Settings.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. our payment and SMS providers) and where required by law.

6. Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can edit most details directly in the app.

8. Age requirement

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this page.
